How are the programs set up?
You will have instant access to the digital program(s) immediately after purchase. Each program consists of three, 4-week phases where you will be given your sets, reps, and instructions on the program methods. You will be able to track your weights in your Training Log.
How long are the programs?
Each phase is 4 weeks in duration. The full program is designed to be 12 weeks in duration, divided into three 4-week phases.
What do we do after we complete the program?
Since each 4-week phase is unique, you can recycle and start the program again for another 4, 8, or 12 weeks. Or you can choose to engage in any other program that aligns with your fitness goals.
What equipment do I need?
You will be able to complete these programs at the gym (or even at home) utilizing standard equipment like barbells and dumbbells. It would also be beneficial if you had access to accessory equipment like kettlebells, monster bands, trx, etc.
