Scott E. Pucek is a multidisciplinary coach and educator with a background from professional, collegiate and private industry over the past 30 years. He has served as a Performance Manager at two Exos facility locations overseeing the delivery of performance programming, education and coaching systems. He has extensive experience training NFL Vets and NFL Combine Prep athletes, MLB, NHL, Professional & Amateur tennis players and a multitude of other professional sports and athletes.
He spent several years as one of the original coaches of the International Performance Institute (IPI) at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL, working directly with the juniors and professionals from the soccer, baseball, tennis and golf academies and has worked with numerous Pro Tennis players such as Monica Seles, Mary Pierce, Maria Sharapova, Tommy Haas, Petr Korda, Mirjana Lucic, Anna Kournikova, Mary Joe Fernandez and Alexandra Stevenson over the course of his career.

Scott has worked with the NFL’s Miami Dolphins (’94 & ’95 seasons), the Carolina Hurricanes, the Texas Legends (NBA G-League), the Venezuelan Men’s National Soccer Team, the Argentinian Women’s National Field Hockey Team and US Special Forces Tactical & Support Personnel reflecting his extensive experience and knowledge base across multiple disciplines, sports and levels. Scott was one of the coaches recruited by world renowned speed coach Loren Seagrave to help create the methodology for Velocity Sports Performance in order to transition a stand alone facility into a national franchise.
Scott had the ultimate honor to work with Karate World Champion Olivia Sun for over a decade where she was a grand champion and gold medal forms champion in national, international, and world competition. He also trained the Raptors Hockey U14 Select team during their 2023-2024 season as National Championship runner-ups.

Scott received his Masters Degree from the University of Virginia and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. He has considerable expertise in Linear and Multidirectional Speed Development, Strength & Power Development and Injury Prevention. He is currently part of the Coach Training team at Exos with a focus on delivering learning and development (L&D) content and support across multiple discipline positions within the Exos ecosystem allowing him to coach and educate internal Exos staff as well as delivering external education mentorships domestically and abroad.
